(Ideal for houses that have just basic personal use and are screened in.)

PRICES START AT $120 PER MONTH

• Weekly chemical checks and balances for chlorine/salt, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer.
• Clean skimmer baskets weekly.
• Skim pool surface for debris weekly (if uncovered). A $10 charge is applied to unroll and recover the pool each time.
• Brush down walls and steps weekly.
• Tile brushing once a month (with tile soap).
• Filter cleaning once a month. Filters should be replaced every 8-9 months on this service.
• Vacuum once a month (if pool does not have an auto vac).
• Phosphate treatments, pumice stone, acid washing salt cells, and stain treatments are other services that are a separate charge.
• Service calls to adjust timers, heaters, and valves are charged at $50 for a ½ hour visit.
  

Silver Level Pool Service

(Ideal for houses with heavy use or houses that are rented 1-2 times a month. Pools should either be screened in or have walls around them to minimize debris entering. PRICES START AT $160 PER MONTH.

• Weekly skimming (if uncovered): A $10 charge is applied to unroll and recover the pool each time.
• Tile scrubbing 2 times a month (with tile soap)
• Weekly check and balance of basic chemicals (pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, chlorine/salt)
• Clean the filter twice a month. Filters should be replaced every 6-7 months on this service.
• Vacuum the floor twice a month.
• Acid washing of salt cell quarterly (if applicable)
• Deep cleaning on tile, filter replacements, phosphate treatments, stain treatments, and repairs are a separate charge.
• Service calls to adjust timers, heaters, and valves are charged at $50 for a ½ hour visit.
  

Gold Level Pool Service

(Ideal for open/cageless pools, Airbnb-type rentals, or houses with extremely heavy bathing loads.) 



PRICES START AT $200 PER MONTH

• Weekly brushing of walls
• Weekly skimming. Uncovering and recovering the pool is included.
• Tile scrubbing weekly (with tile soap)
• Weekly check and balance of chemicals (pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, chlorine/salt, calcium)
• Clean filter weekly and vacuum floor weekly. Filters should be replaced every 3-4 months if bathing loads are high.
• Acid washing of salt cell quarterly (if applicable)
• Phosphate treatments included
• Discounts on stain treatments
• Priority service on pool cleanups in case of storms
• A 5% discount for parts, resurfacing, and service calls is offered to Gold level clients.
• Service calls for timer, valve, and heater adjustments are waived.
