(a 3-4 person crew would be at a standard ¼ acre house for roughly 10-17 minutes on each visit, shrub trimming could alter those times). This service is recommended for clients who have basic landscape designs with slower-growing shrubs and plants such as Crotons, Hawthornes, Aboricola, etc. Most of these houses have landscape only on 1 or 2 sides of the house.

PRICES START AT $150 PER MONTH

Weekly mowing/edging during the rainy season (if yard is stressed, flooded or dry, mowing may be skipped)
Mowing 2 times a month during the dry season. On non-cut weeks, no service is performed unless trimming is scheduled.
Shrub trimming up to 6 times per year (up to 8 ft in height). Shrubs above 8 feet tall are a separate service (hand pruning is separate). Summer trimming will generally be every 6-8 weeks, winter trimming will be generally every 8-10 weeks.
Spot-spraying weeds in beds and pavers as needed on each visit (weather permitting). Large vines are pulled off shrubs when shrubs are trimmed.
Trimming seed pods off Christmas Palms, Foxtails and other self-cleaning palms up to 10 ft tall as needed
Checking irrigation ONE time during dry season and changing the clocks for daylight savings time (service calls apply thereafter)
Tree trimming (including chainsaw pygmy palms) would be billed separately. Low hanging dead branches on pygmy palms are hand snipped as needed.

This is recommended for clients who have moderate amounts of landscape (typically on all 4 sides of the property) with faster-growing shrubs such as Firebush, Bougainvillea, Jasmine, etc

Weekly mowing/edging from mid-April through the start of Nov (if yard is stressed, flooded or dry, mowing may be skipped)
Bi-weekly mowing/edging from early November through mid-April
Shrub trimming 1 time a month in the rainy season, and every other month in dry season (up to 8 ft in height). Shrubs above 8 feet in height are a separate quote (hand pruning is separate for shrubs)

Spot-spraying weeds in beds and pavers as needed on each visit (weather permitting). Large vines are pulled off shrubs when trimmed.

Visits during non-cut weeks in the winter to pick up debris, spot check the property and blow off hard surfaces. The crew would not spend as much time here as during a mowing week. (No services are performed the week between Christmas and New Years)
Tree trimming would be billed separately. Pygmy Palm chainsaw trimming is included once a year.

This is recommended for clients with extensive amounts of landscape on the property, not only around the house, but also additional beds and shrubs throughout the yard. Clients who rent out through sites such as VRBO or Airbnb may also want to consider this service to keep the property looking in top shape. This is considered a premium service and the crew will spend additional time there to make sure the property is always in top condition.

Weekly lawn mowing/edging/blowing year-round (except the week between Christmas and New Year's)
Shrub trimming every other week in summer and once a month in winter (up to 8 feet in height) (hand pruning is separate)
Spot spraying for weeds in beds and pavers on each visit (unless weather prohibits). One preventative treatment in late Spring is included.
Vines and weeds are pulled from shrubs and walls/screens on each visit.
Trimming seed pods off Christmas Palms, Foxtails and other self-cleaning palms up to 15 ft tall
Checking irrigation SIX times during the year and changing the clocks for daylight savings time (service calls apply thereafter)
Priority service for hurricane prep or hurricane clean-ups (work is billed separately)
Chainsaw shaping of pygmy palms twice a year. Chainsaw trimming of Queen palms, Coconut palms, Bismark Palms, Travelers Palms and Cabbage palms (up to 25 ft tall) is included once a year. Canary Date, Sylvester and other palms not mentioned are billed separately.
Priority services for mulching in the fall (mulch is billed separately)

For clients who want their yard and beds looking prestigious each week, we will track the time the crew stays at the house each week and bill at the industry rate of $75 per person/per hour and the crew still stay until everything is satisfactory and to your standards. This will allow the crew to manicure the yard and perform tasks such as:
